Yes dear friends it has some minimum requirement,
But no need to worry about it any one can arrange it
1). Valid emaid address (I know it is with you).
2). Internet connection in home or office or you can work in cyber cafe.
3). Simple and basic knowledge of Internet (which you have).
4). You must have bank account to deposit a cheques which you will receive from Google.
5). A simple blog or website just like you are reading.
6). Time- You should have free time at least 1 hr daily
I suggest you if you are really serious about online money making spend more time.
